So recently I been noticing that every part in my body is getting in shape because I been working out 5-6 times a week, eating healthy, and sleeping 8 hours. But there’s one problem I can’t get rid of the love handles which as you can see in the picture are between the pants and the bellybutton on the sides. It’s a 6 minute workout
Jump to knee burpees 30 seconds
Sitted leg raises 30 seconds
High knees 30 seconds
and you will repeat it till you complete in total 6 minutes.
