Chest & Upper Back Exercises

The following is an hour of exercises for chest and upper back. I created these group of exercises. Don’t forget to run for 5 minutes before you begin exercising.

Remember if you can’t do the weight go down till you feel comfortable. Any questions comment below.

Also, here’s a weekly update on my progress. I weight 133 lbs meaning I lost 10 pounds from June 2014 – September 2014.

I’m feeling great and I’m so happy… you really are what you eat. You can do it. If I can do it anyone can.
