This exercising method helps your body be more flexible, stengthen and tone your body. Many people believe pilates is just an easy exercise for women but is one of the best exercises for both men and women. It also trains your mind and helps you have body coordination. Something Pilates has taught me is to breath while exercising and by breathing I mean the correct way. Sometimes when we are exercising we don’t realize that we need to breathe because that oxygen is going to help your muscle have more and built more endurance. If you are going to be working out with weights and other more extraneous exercises you also need exercises that will help you stretch your muscles and tone them. Pilates is a great way also yoga and barre. Whatever you prefer. Love your body enough to care for what you put and do to it.
